claim to have very low income, despite they live in multi-millions house, and hire servants. The
men declare non-resident status and do not pay income tax, while their wives and children are
using the public system. The dependents never pay income tax because they never need to work.
Other scenario is, someone I know lease a 4 acres farm land with a house for $10,000 a year,
he rent out the house for $15,000, grow and sell the Chinese vegetables for cash, declares business loss
and gets subsidize from the government year after year. It is funny that some people do not even know that we have to pay MSP.
