好多人都會覺得唔係食好多就OK。但係你諗一下﹐琴日食個火腿通﹐今日食個sausage pasta﹐聽日食個臘腸飯。聽落去好似係間唔中食﹐但係加加埋埋就食好多致癌食品。

同埋好多呢D防腐濟係唔輕易被身體排出﹐即係話 ...

Ham, sausage pasta and chinese sausage on 3 consecutive days is not moderation, no? That's why you have to read labels and only eat them once a week la.
