every now and then they setup speed trap on Arthur Laing Bridge and caused the traffic jam backed up to Russbaker and Dinsmore bridge during morning traffic.

Forced me to have conference calls while I drive in the morning every now and then ...

I have no problem if they just patrol during rush hour and catch the speeders or HOV hoggers when necessary.

Setting up speed traps during rush hours is just neglecting the situation and the air pollution!
