it's a typical roadrage.  It has nothing to do with the area.

if I ride a road bike i could be at 40km/hr, so it's not impossible if they hit a few red lights.

The biggest question is why they didn't leave the area immediately the moment they realized the cyclist was chasing them.

要學習的是危機處理.  比人追, 老虎都走啦!
