its VERY VERY CRUCIAL to turn on the hazard signals when you stop on a street or highway... usually on streets people normally drives there everyday of the week and they have became automated (or too fatigued to notice) to the street that they don't even bothered to be alert for accidents...

but it is understandable that the blue car didn't turn on the hazard lights after crash... the first few minutes after crash the victim usuaally is passed out, feeling dazed, confused....but i still dun understand why the van stopped at the middle of the road and not turn on the signals

and ALSO... it looks like someone already expect the crash? someone was there by the curbs and filmed the whole thing...no?
