[西餐] Pike Place Chowder (Seattle)

第二日, 當然繼續去"朝聖"啦! Seattle 朝聖第二站就Pike Place Chowder 喇! 佢地真係好有原則, 話11點開就11點開, 早一分鐘都唔得, 十點九, 就已經排隊喇~ 我當然排埋一份啦~ 好囉~ 終於到我地喇~ 原來真係咁多人嚟朝聖! 我地叫左: Seared Scallop Chowder, Market Chowder, Seafood Bisque, Oregon Bay Shrimp Roll 同埋Dungeness Crab Roll 嘅.
  • Seared Scallop Chowder: 唔錯, D帶子好甜, 但就同一般Clam Chowder 唔算太大分別.
  • Market Chowder: 呢個是日精選, 就有oysters, clams, mussels, corn & chorizo sausage, 可能有蠔嘅關係, 所以個湯好甜, 比Seared Scallop Chowder 濃燒燒, 當然, 都好好味啦!
  • Seafood Bisque: 呢個呢, 個湯無Market Chowder 咁甜, 但就係3個湯之中最濃味嘅. 食完呢3個specialty chowders, 我終於明白點解呢間野咁出名同咁旺喇! 因為佢地做得真係好好味!
  • Oregon Bay Shrimp Roll: 呢個呢, 就普普通通啦, 但一杯湯+half roll + 一杯drink (或者一支水), 咁我地食個brunch, 都算唔錯啦~ 況且, 呢個roll 係用我最愛吃嘅sourdough, 咁就加晒分啦! 不過, 就係因為咁, 個包唔太容易handle, 所以, 我要餡還餡食, 包還包食囉~
  • Dungeness Crab Roll: 呢個包, 又係OK啦, 我又係連combo 叫嘅, 不過D蟹肉都好鮮甜, 但呢個包就用普通baguette 囉, 雖然普通D, 但就勝在比個shrimp roll 較容易handle 喇!
