ya~ the premium outlet @ Portland is a lot smaller than the one @ 202, but, cheaper than 202 too!!
also, if u go Portland or Seattle, y not visit the Nordstrom Rack @ Portland downtown & Seattle downtown, the got good prices for brand names too!!
