I am just saying customs officers are not supposed to smile at you. So LYKs should not complain about that. I am not saying waiters should be like that. Please do not misunderstand my point.

I didn't say the government ordered the customs officers not to smile. If you happen to go to a certain country and the customs smile at you, that's fine. But you know, those are not waiters or sale ...

There is no rules and regulations that people must smile to their clients, but, it is the attitude that you are whether or not respecting yourself and others.
