I used Thomas So but I have to say I am not very impressed so far.  He talks well but he doesn't "action".  My photos will take 8-10 weeks to develop and I asked if I can have one good picture now so  ...

Actually, for most photographers, you have pay 100% by the day of your wedding.  They won't let you withhold some until you get the pictures so that's pretty normal.

We wanted to use Thomas but he was already booked for our wedding day.  He's a really good deal compared to other ones out there and I've seen his work for a whole wedding.  Honestly, don't think Hee is all that great, even though I've seen people mention it before.

Yup, I agree...2-3 month is pretty standard wait time.  Some photogs make you wait even longer.  I know a girl who had her wedding in December and just got her pictures in June!
