Hong Kong mooncakes are fresh every day transported by flight.

This is the first time I get this information - "Mooncake was shipping to Vancouver through flight everyday" instead of via the container over the sea for more than a month!  How can they get the necessary import document? Mooncake contains egg and can't be shipped to Vancouver without health check! Please confirm!

這幾年都是吃松屋月餅,但嫌旦黄唔漏油,太乾。
最反胃嘅係加拿大美心,一聽佢個廣告甚麽'高層次月餅'就立刻作嘔,要知道佢個招牌都係冒充嘅,麵包旦糕都唔掂,重來作大!
我懷疑美心和松屋啲月餅都唔係自已造,因為 ...

月餅放得太長時間,蛋黃的油會漏去蓮容那裡,蛋黃就會變得乾涸...不好食了!要食靚月餅,買了就快點食吧!
美心及松屋的月餅都是本地做的,問題是製蓮容的蓮子由大陸運來、蛋黃由大陸或越南運來、餅盒當然都是大陸做的.......... 你見到的包裝箱是用來放月餅盒的大陸大紙皮箱而已,用得不要浪費,要來放製成好的月餅...啱啱好啦!
本地月餅好處是新鮮、不含防腐劑、不用豬油、少甜、用料老實些................香港好多月餅的蓮容是加了薯仔蓉的..........減輕成本!
不過、除了松屋是我心頭好外、香港榮華月餅真的不錯........可惜、太貴了(指在溫哥華大統華買的)...三十幾蚊一盒.......等月秋過後啦!有平月餅買!

聽聞大班同海港既傳統月餅都唔錯,有無人試過?

大班的月餅即是美心的月餅,因為是同一班老板的 - 蓮容及蛋黃都是同一入口商,製作也是同一工場,只是用不同的模而已!
海港的月餅是從中國直接大陸入口的!包裝一流、味道不差,只是經過船運,又可能有防腐劑,喜歡與否、見仁見智吧!

松屋的月餅 were not made in vancouver for years.  they are all import.  even their ad, doesn't say it is made locally la.

松屋月餅千真萬確是本地製作,它們的餅店大都是開放式的,大家可以親身去松屋餅店看看就明白,好像 Kingsway 近 Safeway 那間松屋,近來早上多數你會見到一班人忙過不停的做月餅!不相信可以自己去看一看,順便買盒新鮮本地製作的松屋月餅!
