in a so-so restaurant where food quality/service is average and you have nothing really to tip for,...do you guys tip before or after tax?
the tax that is added to the bill 'supposedly' doesn't go to the restaurant as it is tax money
so should we tip before tax?
remember this is just a regular restaurant, not fancy service or decor etc |
