That's not quite right. At least it doesn't work to me...

BTW, I just wonder if workers in HK can pause what they are working when they are having break just like here...

yes and no. That clause must be verbal and will not appear in the contract for 99.9%, if it goes to court you are making yourself into trouble... you better review your info in "details"...

You are smart, you know that rather than spend a bit more and complete can save you from "great" trouble...

For Rock case, it definitely cannot work on union jobs, that's commit suicide with a dinosaur's mind...
