Usually HK is ahead of Mainland China or Taiwan in setting up functions like this. I don't think you will wonder the efficiency of HK artists. I think this time it is a bit special probably because China/Taiwan/Korea/Japan may have these functions setup way earlier, it affects the availability of artists.
