Richmond is not a good place for new immigrant to start reside in. It just like a cage (way too many Chinese). It won't help them accustom to real Canadian way of living.
At least 1 generation... If they still keep 1 kid policy (which spoil kid as the usual rule) and if they still keep what they used to live, I see no future...
As you can tell, you say some of them but not most of them... Same as you, I see some of them are really polite but most of them are pretty "rude" (or at least, casually impolite...)
