Your premises are all correct... only if you are talking about a true liberal China. HK is just a piece of cake.

As long as CCP is ruling China, that won't happen... HK is still playing a big role in providing security to fundings.

For extreme case, it must be "executed" by the very "professional"... which means, they all know what they are doing, and they all know what would happen, and they all know what wouldn't happen... Unless, they are "stupid"...

In Asia, they don't need the best engineer, what they need is the "best" project manager... And the "best" means cost efficient...
