Yes definitely, if you want a quick result ( by talking to the retention department ) the useless person can't help you much, make sure u just say 'i want to cancel my phone' they will immediately switch over to the right department.
last time my bill wasn't correct so i talked to the person, he keep argue with me which up to no where, then i ask if i can talk to retention department, he said no. You have to cancel your phone in order to talk to them. So i fed up and i just said, i want to cancel my phone ( in a pissed tone ). and he switches to the retention department immediately.
So my final word, stop wasting time with the useless people and head straight up to the retention department. |
