[中餐館] 打冷宵夜 long, midnight, summer, closed, opened

I am going to Vancouver from the States for summer break soon :) Any good 打冷宵夜 places?  I heard that 新東記 has closed, what about 九記?  Havent been to Vancouver for a long time so wondering what's out there!  Looking for places that are opened till midnight!

Isn't 鳳鳴 closed already and now become 'lone wong bao chi'?  Or is there a new 鳳鳴?
