we don't have to install the program to make it works, do we? at least, i never installed it, and the dyndns works fine with me. once our ip changed, the dyndns server should auto detect our new ip or our routers would report the new ip to dyndns server; therefore, when we type our sub-domian name in the remote desktop or ping the sub-domain, it should be our new ip.
by the way, not all the routers support dyndns as i know |
