It makes more sense to transit to connect surrey to DT Vancouver. As alot more people can't afford House prices in Vancouver.
As to UBC, it should have more students living on Campus. Campus life is more vibrant than living with mom and dad. Although it is free rent + free food, for many, it is the only chance to be "on your own" to grow and learn. Pretty soon, grad will be married and have kids, then you will have a lot less freedom. |
