Most people think (at least that is what most people do) street photography is about taking portrait of people on the street.  But there is more as demonstrated by this guy in the video.

(See 3:15, most of the time people don't know what you are doing anyway as long as you are not pointing a 70-200 at them)

Some of the photo seems to have a very low IQ, doesn't look like the sooc shoot from a high end camera.  It looks like there are layers and layers of post-processing done on it.

Color tint is a personal taste, however it doesn't turn a bad photo to a good one.  Many photos in the link doesn't exposed properly.  Say the two ladies in font of the church,  beautiful light falling on them, but the subjects are overexposed.  However, the camera AND the photographer doesn't see it.

If the photos are watermarked, I expect more.

Also, it bothers me the Asian lady, in the "2 ladies in font of the church", is out of focus.

These gearheads are sending bad messages to people who want to learn.  Good photography has very little to do good gears. Or Bad photography cannot be cured by good gears.

Chobit, I like the second one.

If you have a 35, the guy would be thinking you are taking photo of the wall.  No need to worry at all.  Worst could happen is he thinks he is blocking your shot and moves out of the frame.

Oh no. 3 is also good.  Even better if you are a bit to the camera left, so I can see the connection between the cute girl and the kids.
