Their logo says " A free and prosperous world through choice, markets and responsibility"

So all their press releases are tailored to promote a their view.  Big dif than real research org. which are found to "advancement of knowledge"

You should always remember:
1. Don’t believe anything Heritage says.
2. If you find what Heritage is saying plausible, remember rule 1.

That is what Paul Krugman (Nobel prize on Economics) said on Heritage Foundation.  Fraser is just a carbon copy of Heritage.  
You should always be suspicious when people posed as "Highly Educated people".
