Regarding driver's license, you can switch US driver's license to BC, If you can provide ICBC with Insurance record from US, driving record is also transferable, so you can get a discount in insurance premiums.
I had my license transfer here, a few paper work here and there, but no big issues. The sooner you do that, the more money you save in insurance. Stupid Insurance premium is calculated based on the age of license, not the way you drive. |
