typical top lifting garage door comes with a bottom seal (*vinyl) that can be replaced easily when necessary. Nobody that I'm aware of would seal the sides due to sliding surface (rub off easily).

Incl. my own, many newer installation of the sheet metal garage door types now comes with some form of foam boards cut to size and taped to the back of the garage door to keep the heat inside.
