My HTC One X never need flash.

Press and hold home button -> task manager.

But if you need to kill apps in Andriod, then there are something wrong with your apps, find that app and uninstall it instead

This is not iPhone, ICC usually manages the ram pretty good, especially S3 has 2 GB of ram.


I just got the S3, it's not bad.  But I still like my HTC One X build quality.

Camera quality so far is still a joke on phones... Get the Nokia PureView I guess.

I know what you mean, and I do agree what you said.  But HTC One X is different.
I have used it for 2 months and used the camera extensively.  It's comparable to average DC.  It's actually better than some decent DC in some condition like taking a shot in a really really dark night club WITHOUT using flash.

Although I am not using the HTC One X now, I still remember how good it was.

I have yet to test the S3 camera though, because I have been busy with root and flash roms on it.  BTW, Jelly Bean owns.

I will do some extensive testings on the S3's camera to compare.

I give you an example the awesomeness of Jelly Bean here.
Face unlock feature was introduced few months ago.  It was more a gimmick than a daily-use feature.
The reason was that it worked 70% of the time in good lighting, and 0% in abnormal lighting.
Even when it worked, it usually took 4 seconds to response.  So I just used the pattern unlock which took 2 to 3 seconds and guaranteed unlock.

Now, with Samsung S3 ICS, the face unlock is faster by having a faster cpu.  About 2 seconds, which is pretty good, but accuracy didn't change.

With Jelly Bean, it's AMAZING.  It's literally less than 1 second; it finished unlock before you can even see your face on the screen, and you are already at the homescreen.  Also, the accuracy is almost perfect.  I only have one didn't unlock right away out of 100s.  It even works in dark light, different angles, with/without glasses, or looking else where.

That's just one example, and that's for S3.  So I dont know how good or bad on S2.
