Maybe due to political reasons, most locations are not held in the malls or some places with high flow; otherwise, more people would have awared of the campaigne. I told some friends are about it a while ago (after few weeks the petition started) and they seemed to have no idea about it or they heard about it but didn't know where to sign.
Also, some people said it is no use at all even if all the ridings in BC could meet the 15%, but at least we try and raise our voices.
