   Agree! Different areas are for people with various life styles and needs. Considerations such as: pets, work, ethnicity, travel time, work, budget, crime rate, convienence, school districts, traffic, noise levels, social, blah blah blah are all very personal. One might have to sacrifice one or a few depending your priority. So it's hard to say which district is better.
