I personally don't like these electrical related things around my living quarters. I think they are an abstracted view and could possibly become dangerous. They may not make sound or have any problems today but hard to say if there will be any later. They are bad fung sui too. However, if you don't believe in fung sui, just "think" how you will feel living with a block of something in front of your house vs an all natural, balanced feeling without any distraction.
