Although not in Richmond but I love Secret Garden in Chrystal Mall! They did my wedding including decorations at my ceremony and reception more than perfect and beyond reasonable price too! Of the many things that didnt go so well, they were one thing that went right and above our expectations. My hubby and I are still thankful for their service and proudly speak of them when sharing our wedding experience with friends.

Anyone who's preparing weddings should shop around as much as possible. Don't limit yourself to within a community, coz you are limiting yourself to possible better quality and pricing; especially businesses you only need to be there once or twice during planning. They will travel to your venue anyway. Ie: cake supplier, makeup artists, photographer, florists, etc.
This is fr my own wedding experience. I started looking for all the suppliers in Rmd first and found better ones in other places. (my 2 cents. Not limited to any community or business types) I found most Chinese businesses that people give businesses to get too busy but still accept orders. Thus became very poor and unreliable in quality and services.
