been using one for almost 1 yr. it's great! however, be prepared to buy extra brush/parts. I've had friends that had to return theirs a couple of times due to broken parts. I am fortunate so far...knock on wood sin!

Catpiano, go to their website and contact their tech support. I just called them yesterday and they will send me another one coz mine is very noisy. Just do it quick b4 the warrenty is over!

call them anyway! they gave me an option for if mine is over but i didn't pay attention coz mine is still under warrenty. you might want to just check with them. it doesn't hurt!

i just called and they are sending me a new gearbox.

Got an email yesterday to advise me that the part has been sent out. So far, i rate their service as excellent and really follow through. I hope my issue will be resolved soon.

I got the part in the mail yesterday. Installed the roller cartridge and it's working perfect! No more noise!!!
