btw, to the angry LYK, when we are complaining, we are complaining about someone's "service attitude". We don't care who they are friends with, what their real personality outside of work is.

When I went before and got gift with purchase, also were given replacements. Since it happened to so many of us, I wonder if they do that purposly to keep some of these for individual sales or whatever reason or do they really run out as soon as the promotion starts.
