lets say Cube Inc is just under influance of ABD and there isn't much they can do to be honest. I rented a cube from them once but lets just say no matter how cheap  their rate is, their service is crap + the little addtional fees. Those people has  NO CLUE of what they are doing there other than open the box for you and charge you process fees.

As for this incident we can think ABD is trying to protect the bigger business other than you. And I think this is logial because the other business pays ABD more. I know this is not fair but we all know who has the most power rules the game.  :\

just like what you have said " they should do better than just instead of chasing smaller customers away" is more than enough to make that mall into a better place. Based on the facts we have and the actions took by the management , Cube Inc should be closed and contract should be non renewable since its is causing "negative competitions" upon other bigger retailers in the mall. agree?
