I use HSBC since 1985.  Then it gets worse and worse.  Adding new services charge here and there.  Finally I had enough last year and moved everything I have to TD bank.

I have used HSBC, TD, Royal, Scotia, CIBC, Vancity and Bank of Montreal.  This is my rank from good to bad:
