Exactly. They were feeding her "Nutro Natural Choice Puppy Lamb Meal & Rice formula." Poor food quality and only has a 2 star rating in dogfoodanalysis.com.
The only two reasons why I bought my dog from a pet store was because she kept 黏住 me~ So clingy~ And seemed so sad that she was already 6 months old and no one wanted to buy her because she looked ugly with her previous tear stains. @_@ ouch.
Despite that, their dogs seem okay healthy? I know 3 other people who had bought puppies from them and they're all good so far.
But if you had a choice between breeders and pet stores, then of course breeders. They actually know what they're doing, they may have parents for you to preview, they eliminate the puppy mill concerns, and they're wayyy cheaper.
I seriously doubt they would
