everything so soft, lack of feedback, driver too comfee and couldn't deal with the reality that the road and driving is dangerous.

Their image is gonna take a long time to rebuild. And the thing is, there really was a problem with the sticky floormats and the sticky/slow to return throttle, and those have the potential to cause accidents as well.

Put it this way ..  straight forward ..  who drives Toyota/lexus and who will buy toyota/lexus?

Buddy of mine, her mom smashed to the light pole twice in front of their house in their camry .. within the first month after picked up the car ..

Accelator problem?  na ..  Brake problem? na ..

If it's true that it was the driver's fault, then I don't think all this can hurt Toyota that much.

well then, still the million $ question is, which brand is still the lowest on TCO?

My priority has changed.  I'll rather invest the $ (stock, house, children's education)  instead of having a flashy high TCO car.
