You should not jump into a conclusion by just 2 phone calls... put more time and see... keep calling her a few more times and try to ask her out.

Remember, she doesn't know that u are interested at her... so be patient! for the case now, at least she called you back and talk to u, which means at least she does not hate u, right? good luck!!
