I just got the Van Cheong H.K. Milk Tea tea bag from T&T. It's a bit too bitter in my opinion.

The taste of the 大排檔特級西冷紅茶 tea bag is pretty close to hk milk tea.

I made a 250ml cup with two tea bags.

    A friendly note, I was not referring to the instant 3 in 1 / 2 in 1 kind. I have tried many many kinds of instant ones and found none that I was truly satisfied with.

Yes-man, Alleluia Cafe's milk tea is in my top 5.

You should try 牛仔餐廳's hot milk tea. Even better than Alleluia Cafe's in my opinion.

Did you mean evaporated milk?

I do it the lazy way:
1) Let 2 tea bags sit in a 200-250ml cup of hot water for a few mins
2) Microwave it for 30 secs
3) Add 40ml of evaporated milk and sugar/sweetener

I guess it's similar to 三花? The tea leaf is the key.

    How big is your soup spoon? Around 15ml per spoon?
How big of a cup is that for?
