Yes, they were good when they're new. Maybe the chef has been changed (or keep changing), food isn't good for some time already la.

There is no high-end 茶餐廳 in my dictionary. I'll called them 港式西餐廳. lol

Oops.... I got a feeling, not because people can't make high-class 茶餐廳 or 港式西餐廳, it's because this type of thing can't survive long. Lower-end always have a bigger market. lol

what about 品味 at 新城市廣場? i find their food pretty solid...maybe not high end hk-style cafe but ...

In mainland China, the service industries (like restaurants, taxi and hotels) do not even expect tips, but their services are still top notch.

Oh, you mean they "didn't ask for" or "don't accept" ah? So they won't take your tips even you put it on the table? I know in japan, they didn't ask for tips and they won't accept tips even you want to put it in their hands wor.
