Gucci Pre-Sale

So today was the start of the Gucci Presale. The actual sale is from June 1-5. Only at the Gucci store in Fairmont Hotel or online, and not at HR. All Spring/Summer items are on sale. I went straight downtown after class and made two purchases Joy Medium Boston Bag ($725 減到 $509) and a Key Holder ($175 減到 $89), 我覺得如果唔買一定會後悔! I can't wait to pick it up on June 2!

so can I order online at Gucci.com and get it delivered? I am looking for a new bag and wallet..

Unfortunately no There's only a US Gucci website and it only ships within the US. There is no sale in Gucci Int'l. A lot of the stuff on the website weren't even in store

布小熊: Pre sale is from May 22 to May 31 I believe, because the actual sale is on June 1-5

its_visa: Only the seasonal (spring/summer) items are on sale. The classic ones aren't. If you walk in the entrance from inside the hotel, all handbags and wallets on the left side are sale items. The sale price isn't posted on it, that's why I had to go on the website the night before to check out the prices first.

Correct what I said earlier.. "a lot of stuff on the website aren't in store" That was because I went too late! I'm not sure what time they open in the morning but I got there at between 1:30-1:45pm and there weren't even anymore 40% off sale stuff... only 20-30%...

Someone posted this on The Purse Forum and it got me sooo angry after reading it:
"I went to the pre-sale, but the bag and wallet that I would like to buy are gone. I talked to a SA today and see is there anything left at the back, she said most stuffs are gone in the morning, including my target bag and wallet. I guess we have to go there early in the morning. The stuffs there are pretty much like the stuffs on the pre-sale website. Good stuffs went out fast. They are 40% off."

beamsboy: I originally wanted to get this one... I saw it on the website the night before... Great deal too, $359USD... but I didn't see any when I got there. So I ended up getting the metallic gold one.

That's true... stuff that never goes on sale never loses their value... Like LV and Chanel!

Like I said earlier, I just bought a Gucci holder (pink, canvas) for $89 yesterday... but I just got myself a LV Damier Azur key holder last Sunday... I am thinking of returning the LV one because it was more expensive and less practical ($190 with tax and only 4 key rings, all the same size - Gucci one has 5 small key rings and 1 larger one so you can hold your car key with it) but I am still not sure because I really really like it and if I return it I have a feeling that I am going to miss it a lot T____T

Holt Renfrew sale is on May 28!!!!!!! There will be a sale at Chanel coming up, in about two weeks. (I heard on the 3rd) No sale on classics but on fashion items

布小熊: No invitation I think all the good stuff are gone now... but the SA says that there might be different stuff coming in on the last day of the sale... which is June 5. I'm going there on that day to have a look.

khaki: I usually drive but I took the skytrain to downtown on Friday! (I skytrain like once a year -_-) because I hate the traffic and paying for parking in downtown.

When I went on Friday there were two nice long pink wallets on sale. The price of the wallets there have a pretty good deal, you should go check it out. I am going to go again to see last minute items after the sale ends.
