做廢人其實是發展的目的及結果
我其實想做廢人好耐,最好有幾條美女服侍 ...

Or rather say, the skill set required to succeed in the current society cannot be gauged by metrics that was considered important decades ago. Not able to use a power-wash is fine, and can still lead a successful life, iff he makes plenty from a skill-set that is relevant to today's society. Similarly on mailing a parcel, given that most on-coming generation probably lacks snail mail experiences, and thus inability to post a parcel.
Instead, we should be more worried that the skill set that we were once proud of might no longer give us the edge as the next wave of change in our society is to hit us. Only if we keep our experiences relevant to the ever changing outside world, would we not become obsolete by the next generation. Or if some of you might recall how our parent's generation used to despises ours, but some quickly instead become obsolete and irrelevant in the competitive landscape. We definately don't want to end up in the same fate as the ones who refuses to recognize the next generation and become obsolete ourselves. |
