Obviously a lot of innocent people died on 9-11. It's tragic and no one deserves such fate, and there's no justification, none at all, for terrorism to occur.

Does not mean that terrorism will not occur. It's hard to not say the US citizen are not partly responsible, to allow for the people that's in control to utilize their tax dollars to execute oppression and propaganda against countries, regime and organization for their own interest. Terrorism should never be forgiven, but oppression comes repulsion, it's difficult to avoid. Being ignorant about it does not mean that one will not face the consequences. I particularly like the first third of Gundam 00 as a satirical portrayal of this. (The rest of Gundam 00 is rather just a normal mecha brainless show tho, unfortunately).

As such, I somewhat agree with Soli. Tho I don't think it's just the minority's fault that brought on the hatred to their country, but also to a small degree, the democratic voters who allowed this to happen via ignorance.

The US invade other countries, put in dictators and oppressive regime one after an other, and then when the game is over they topple them and do it all over again by inserting another round of puppet regime. THey are screwing up the rest of the world the best they could for their own interest. With this it's difficult to not stir hatred. But since they can't be beaten, some think the way out is to join them. It's just like against rich people. Look at the general public's sentiment against the rich kids driving Ferrari's and 'rallying' on the highway just 2 weeks ago. Obviously people dislike them (either because of their recklessness, or because they are rich, but probably both). But I can tell you that many people would love to be able to be rich like them, and some don't mind to be reckless like them, just tho they can't afford to be reckless... I guess it sums up the sentiment against the US.
