I know a lot of clean and neat guys, even if they live alone. I have almost never seen a clean and neat girl... especially if they live alone...

Before that tho, the guy will usually do all the chores... Not because the guy is very nice (maybe), but bcoz the result of having the gal do it is too disastrous...
