The 6,500 units count is about the whole community that will use this station, not just this project. Station's construction cost is $2.5M, and downstream cost per unit is $8K. The project is ~312 units.
Capstan Way is close to the airport, and in Richmond (earthquake Jello zone). There is no way they would build 40 floor building. |
