東江水三年掠多18億

發展局與廣東省當局達成未來三年東江水供水協議，每年由三十五億遞增至三十九億多元，每年增幅近百分之六，反映了粵港兩地通脹率及人民幣升值因素。新協議總值一百一十二億元，比起舊協議的九十四億元，足足多了近十八億元，按每年實際耗用量付款，亦因港方無法確實告知粵方每年所需供水量而泡湯，但發展局表示無計劃加水費。立法會議員認為東江水加幅高，批評曾蔭權無為本港與粵方討價還價，「香港完全無議價能力，惟有被㩒住搶！」

油？ 大陸自己都唔掂啦， 要同加拿大買。 台灣，日本，新加坡 都無天然資源架啦。個個都係用油船入storage 啦.

In this hypothetical case, they can also delist big Chinese companies from Hong Kong stock exchange. They are listed in New York already.

Do you know what delist will do to a company's value?  I totally dare them to delist from HK.  There are way more Chinese companies listed in HK than in the US.  US has SOX, not that many company can satisfy all their requirements.  Even Porsche had to pull their plan to list in the US.  Remember Sinoforest? They had to use Canadian shell company to get funding.  Yeah right, delist from HK.  go ahead.
