Hmm......... I got a feeling that she shouldn't have suggested that. If I were you, I will report everything! Especially if there are kids involved, you never know if they'll have any side effects or belayed issues come up later on. If you didn't report but their problem is actually resulted from the accident, that insurance will not cover them! Is it too late to report now?

As for the repaired car, if you are not satisfied with what they did, is it possible to ask them redo anything?

They might not have mood and time to reply you in time by the end of today. Maybe you should wait until next Monday, if they still didn't reply, you should keep bugging them and maybe complain to their supervisors. Making so called complaints here is totally useless, you can just vent out and probably feel a little better. Haha... good luck!
