I know you want to be kind to your family (dad) and want to show some care. But honestly if they're not really depending on you, maybe you can save your $700. Tell your family that you just want to save up more money in a reasonably shorter term, so as to plan for your own wedding or future. :b

One main reason of many typical cases for people still living with parents is because they don't need to pay for rent and thus they can save up more money faster. LOL

Depends on which "stage" in your life you feel more comfortable. At the stage of you're still having lots of expenses for studying plus daily life, or finished all the studying and with more stable income later on? Since all your listed expenses are "must have" and cannot be cut down, then your saving will be limited at the current stage la. There is no perfection, either you have to sacrifice something to achieve something.
