I've pretty much stopped going to my family doctor unless it's for my son's checkup or shots...why? Because she no longer has time for her patients. My family doctor had twins last year and was away on maternity leave for 9 months..when she came back, she reduced her office hours to only 1/2 day mon-fri. So unless it it an emergency, she just tells us patients to see a walk-in clinic. Everytime I call to make an appointment, unless it's for my son, she'll tell me to go to a walk-in or she'll just refer me to another doctor.
