Go study a little before you come spew your shxt la. Prior to the 97 handover, Chris Patten proposed a fully elected Legislative Council, but Grandfather shot the idea down and reverted back to the 1/2 directly elected LegCo members, and 1/2 functional constituency seats. Same as the British system? Think a little la.
