she charges first makeup and hair for $150, plus travelling fee. She also charges $10 per hour if you want her to work before 9am. For bridesmaid/mom's hair n' makeup is $80.

So just for the morning, I am going to pay her $320 for myself and my mom. Cuz i need her from 6am and we do not live close to Richmond.

For evening, I need 2 more stying (makeup+ hair) , $80 x2 = $160
and I also need her to retouch my mom's makeup

I am expecting to pay her $5xx for whole day service for me and my mom

But i do agree with you that Mindy from lovely wedding doesn't do a good job at all. Foundation coverage-wise is ok! But she was putting 80's makeup on me and the hairdo she did was very ordinary as well. And later on I just found out that she did all the same makeup/hairdo to every bride.

I was disappointed because

1. couldn't fix my imbalanced eye shape(my right eye is a bit smaller )and she didn't even point it out

2. couldn't properly place the fake lashes on eyes and make me really uncomfortable. she didn't trim fake lashes good enough to fit my eyes too!!!!! The lashes look so fake afterwards.

3. since she didn't put the lashes properly, she needs to use thick liquid eyeliner to cover the flaws

4. didn't even use lipliner to outline my lips (cuz my lip shape is not obvious)

Sorry to vent but may be it's just me having no luck with her. She is a very nice lady overall but not the MUA i am looking for.
