i-Cafe la.. a bit closer than gloucester but i think there are way more better restaurants than those HK style ones too...

across Gloucester, there's a tiny mexican sandwich place. I kinda like it too.

Gloucester is really going downhill, even though i-Cafe is not good either, but at least it's closer to broadway.

None of the nearby HK style cafes are spectacular (They are not CHEAP eats either that's why we suggested something else instead), actually Copa is probably the best among the three.

Corner23 simply has too much MSG and soysauce!!! Drinks are terrible.
