i went last week for weekend lunch

confirmed that they used to operate the 風沙雞翼 at aberdeen

i had the basic katsu set:

-Breaded Pork Loin Katsu
-Cabbage Salad with special Mayo sauce
-Japanese Pickled Cucumber and Daikon
-Rice
-Miso Soup

-$9.99

the pork was smaller than expected, but really thick. the pork itself was kind of dry, but the outside was crispy. Unfortunately, when you eat the third or fourth piece, the originally crispy exterior became soggy. Maybe the pork juice made it wet but it just didnt seem right. Since the piece of meat is small, you kind of get a 唔夠餸 feeling. The pickled vegetables were really good though. 爽 texture, and flavourful. The cabbage salad was too big. I could not finish it, but fresh cabbage, and went well with the special mayo sauce. Rice was nothing in particular and the same with the miso soup. Overall, not too bad, but can be way better.

My two friends had the special Satay Buta Udon and said it was really good. I did not taste it but they said it was very 港式.

I will go for a second shot at butaya to see if they improve.
